The Air We Breathe is not Clean Anymore

In 2022, Pakistan was ranked as the third most polluted country in the world, largely due to vehicular emissions, crop burning, and industrial activities. Ambient air pollution has severe global consequences, contributing to approximately 4.2 million deaths in 2019 alone (WHO, 2022). Countries with weak economic structures, like Pakistan, are particularly vulnerable to the impacts of air pollution.
