Drought is a major challenge to SDG 13, particularly in building resilience to climate-related disasters (Target 13.1). In Ethiopia’s drought-prone Oromia region, this study uses satellite data (Sentinel 2, MODIS) to assess drought vulnerability through vegetation (NDVI, VCI) and temperature (TCI) indices, highlighting its severity and distribution.
